I have a 1980-83 evinrude 7,5hp outboard, (model nr: E8BALCIC) that i got for free when i bought a boat becouse it didnt start. I cant find a service manual anywhere wich makes it difficult to work on but so far i have rebuilt the carb, changed fuel and fuel lines, gone over all grounding points...
