    New pump but not peeing.....

    Ok, I have changed the water pump 2 times and have taken it apart and put it back togeather 4 times. The engine will not pee.     2000 Merc 150

    The overheat alarm comes on before even starting the engine. The motor pisses good and it has new thermostats. Any thoughts?
