2 questions out of curiosity, since your engine is out, check to make sure the exhaust flap is going the correct way and are free. second, when you back it in the water, are you leaving the transom straps on or are you allowing the boat to float freely? if we're suspecting an exhaust flow issue...
Does anyone have a link to a PDF of service manual 15? All the ones I've seen on here are dead for some reason. Specifically looking for 1989 Bluewater 7.4, 340hp.
