I have 1974 Fiberform 22 1/2 boat. Since I can't find a owners manual I have a question. In the center of guage panel is a light labled "Pilot", when I connect the main battery the light comes on and will not go off until the battery is disconnected. What is this light trying to tell me?

How do I hold the spring loaded cam assembly in place so I can reinstall the flywheel, after setting the points? This is a mdl QD 22, 1961 10hp Johnson.
