Go figure - 1991 motor ran fine on full throttle for a 15 minute trip up Cranberry Lake (Adirondack NY). Afterwards it would not go any faster than a bit more than idle. Seems to rev up fine in reverse and neutral but not in forward gear. Replaced the plugs but same problem. I added new gas...
