1980 85 evinrude.When pulling back to neutral the throttle doesn't drop down to idle, it revs a bit higher.I've lubed the cables and have to physically pushed back on the throttle arm to lower it.
48hp Johnson spl.Ran it allday yesterday,when it was time to come in, the boat would not move under high rpm.Had to keep it at an idle speed to move.When idling up, the engine just revved higher rpms but would not move.
