    1973evivenrude 25 hp

    my 73 evinrude,been overhalled, works good,but when going across water about every 6 seconds it makes a frump or thump sound, it dont cut out or rev up. the hub in prop is not turning. other than this noise it works good. any ideas? LOWER UNIT SOLID
