I have a 1983 50 evinrude. Seen everywhere about the blue and green wires. Some say the engine compartment and others say lower unit. Some say to remove the lower unit, and others say don't remove it b/c its a lot of problematic work. Looked all over the egine compartment and NO blue or green...
