(boat is new to me) took the boat out the first time it did not run well at high speed. I just rebuilt the carbs new fuel lines carbs looked good put it all back together went down to the boat ramp (its right around the corner) put engine in the water about 5in above the top fin was adjusting...
Need some help with some info on taking the lower unit off so I can replace the water pump.
Just got this boat and this is my first older engine.
Had a 115hp evinrude before.
