hi i have this 1983 evenrude the compression is good. when the boat runs slow it dose not smoke at all almost but when i run it fast for about 1 minute it smokes alot. a real lot. i had 2 mechanics look at it and they say its normal but they never seen it at a high rmp or even drive the boat...
