I have recently bought a 91 vision 200t with 200 evinrude xp of the same year i am running a raker 24 pitch 3 blade prop and i cannot get the boat to lift i raised and lowerd the jack plate and serveral other things i have been told to do with no luck the boat is running about 54 mph right now...
