I have a 1996 Mercury 9.9, 4 stroke and I keep blowing the 20 amp fuse. I just replaced my shifter cable, but I don't think that has anything to do with it. I took the boat on ruff water, maybe I shook something loose. There is a black wire under the engine cover that doesn't seem to go anywhere...
