    2003 mercury 15hp 4 stroke jumps from reverse to neutral

    I recently had my 15hp 4 stroke converted to a tiller drive. the engine starts fine in neurtal. but when i go to reverse, it jumps back to neutral. It works fine in forward. What adjustment is necessary?
