    1999 90 Hp Merc Four Stroke Charging Problems

    I have a 1999 90 hp merc 4 stroke that doesn't seem to be charging. Is there a test that will tell me if it is the rectifier that is causing the problems? Also, is the rectifier part on the back of the engine with the heat sink? Thanks, Matt
