tried starting up my johnson 200hp ocean runner today and the only thing to turn over was the starter. the pendix would turn but the gear would not jump to spin the flywheel. took the pendix apart and oiled with 3n1 oil and moves smooth on the worm gear. checked my voltage on all areas...
