    Restoring '67 Nauset

    Hello. I've completed running the throttle cables and ran the engine, 1993 Evinrude 100hp, when I throttle up it doesnt come back down. I have to physically adjust it from the engine itself. I'm guessing misadjusted teleflex cables? Thanks!
