    Johnson/ Wellcraft Tilt -Trim not working at controls

    I have a 99 Johnson 200 Ocean Runner on Wellcraft 22 WA.<br />The tilt trim works at the motor but not at the shift controls. Any thoughts on how to test and/or repair?
