i just purchased a 1984 ranger bass boat with a 115 hp mercury outboard motor on it. I dont have a manual. I dont know where to add oil? do I add it to the fuel or is there somewhere hidden? also, I had it out the other day and it was running well at full speed then all a sudden it bogged...
