40 hp oil injected 1990 Johnson OB. Soon as switch is turned on constant alarm sounds. Boat runs at 2500 rpm, normal 4000 rpm. Manual says that constant alarm is overheat. I unplug wire from float on oil reservoir and alarm silences. Unplug wire from heat sensor on motor and alarm continues...
