I have a 1995 3.0 Carb Offshore 225 HP and it runs great at lower RPM up until about 2200 to 3000. Anywhere in that range the engine will take off and I have to throttle back to keep from "Redlining". Anyone have any idea what the culprit could be? I have been through this motor and checked...
