    boggs out

    I have a 70 Johnson around 1985, starts fine , idles fine, start to acclerate and it " BOGGS OUT" ,if I run at a slow speed, after a few minutes it picks up speed on its own.I have a new tank and lines plus new fuel pump, had carb jets cleaned and its still the same, yet on occasion it works...
