My '89 30 HP Evinrude runs fine for 10-20 minutes, then stops completely for 10-15 minutes. Then fires back up, may run fine for 3-30 minutes, then stops. It started when I changed propellers,was getting WOT 4700 rpms, now up to 5400. Do power packs come and go, or do they just go out...
