    Weak battery causing blown fuse??

    I have a ~2004 115 HP four stroke EFI Mercury outboard that is sporadically blowing its 20 amp fuse (main & tilt/trim) when I engage the starter motor. Could this be caused by an undercharged battery or one with not enough cranking amps? Thanks Bob
