Not sure what this means....

Upload failed....admin....blah blah blah....did that yesterday.
Were you trying to post a pix or a video?

There's an intermittent glitch w pix & video posting, sometimes it works, sometimes it don't....

OEM and aftermarket pistons are not knurled ! If you find a knurled piston in a 2 stroke outboard it was done as a band aid repair

He just sent me more pictures after he honed it out. Plus these readings.

Did a light cleanup with the hone. Cylinders measure right at 3.217 and the spec for .030 over is 3.217 - 3.128. Think I might just hone them a little more and slap some new .030 over pistons in.

A .030 piston wont run in a 3.128 bore or (3.228 if typo). Max is 3.220. Hone em slap some Seizeco pistons in it and fix cooling problem, because that is likely what caused it to fail before and be rebuilt. If you use Seizecos make sure your run them thru several heat cycles before returning to customer.
