My 91 alpha 1 3.0L motor wont start.

Read the sticky and Im not sure which manual to pull? I have a 19' Sylvan Super Sportster. The boats technically a 1991, but not sure if it has a 90 or 91 motor in it. It has a 3.0L mercruiser I\O - I think an Alpha One. I did pull the serial off the outdrive -# 00365956 if that helps...
