i have 1983 merc 70hp. i ordered sierra coils and in the package there is the coil and a small possiby graphite round cylinder piece with a hole in it. what is this piece and is it neccessary for my application. i have been unable to locate or find what this part is, where it goes or if it is...
i broke the float lever in my carburetor trying to adjust the floats. i have been unable to locate this part anywhere. it goes on a 83 merc 70 horse (3cyl). if anyone has any ideas where to find this part it would be much appreciated.
