    1990 Johnson 90hp failure 2 stroke

    Motor still giving me problems in the water. Before heading out put motor on fresh water hook up "out of water" and everything ran and sounded great. At boat launch motor started and idle fine and worked great out of no wake zone and then ran at full throttle around 3800 rpms for about 3 minutes...

    1990 90 hp Johnson "low power under load"

    I just bought this boat and have completly rebuit almost evertything. Power head gaskets, new fuel filter, new gas pump bulb, rebuilt fuel pump, rebuilt carbs, new spark plugs and wires with " not of correct name but the 4 little boxes the spark plug wires go to to make them spark" lol. Anyways...
