    Have a 2003 evinrude 250 bought in 2007 new with a 7 year warrenty. Florida just went to all ethonal and I wonder if this will affect the coverage?

    9.9 Yam Dies Out

    I Have A 99/9.9 Yam 4stroke That Starves For Fuel After 30-60 Minutes, Then It Dies Every 15 Minutes Or So Unless You Pump The Bulb. Replaced All Hoses And Connections And Even Drew From Portable Fuel Source Above The Engine With Same Results. Would It Be Fuel Pump ,carb, Something Else?????
