About a month ago bought a '96 Fourwinns with a '95 Johnson v4 2- stroke. Ran decent at first but started acting up. It would sometimes go on plane full speed, others time it would go but won't go full power. The rpms won't go up more than half throttle, gauge doesn't work don't know how...
