    I HAVE A 1988 BAYLINER 2155 HAS A OMC 3.0L i wanted to take the points out to day and put a pertronix ignitor the coil has a tag use with exturnal ballast resistor is there 1 if so were??? or is that the worng coil???

    have a 21F bayliner 3.0L in it i put a cobra drive from a 5.0L on it boat will not plane out was woundering if i put a lower leg from a 3.0L on it would that solve my problem??/

    OK this is my problem i have a 1988 21F baylinner ciera has a 3.0L 4 cylinder in it i put a cobra leg on it from a 5.0L on it cant seem to prop it right to get the boat to plane out dont know if i should find a 3.0L lower leg or bite the bullet and repower it seems like a big boat for a 4...
