had 2 freeze plugs pop this winter on 91 OMC Cobra 5.0. repaired them but on my first run out, i had water/oil sludge coming out of the engine...dipstick show "water all the way to the top. looking for best place to order a shortblock? if block cracked, should i have the outdrive checked?
