    Stuck flywheel

    1992 evinrude 15hp. Need to remove flywheel for ignition repair. For the last 4 weeks I've been trying everything the forums suggest. Yes, nut IS removed. 1/4-20 three bolt gear puller stripped the threads. Retapped to next larger size...stripped threads. Tried heat, tapping, patience etc...
