    1990 Johnson 150 GT carb float drop

    I was wondering if anyone can verify the carb float drop on a 1990 Johnson 150 GT (J150STLESB). I am looking at a seloc manual that is a little confusing, looks like it should be 7/8"-1 1/8" drop. Thanks for your help in advance.

    Evinrude 88 spl tilt/trim

    I am working on a 1996 Evinrude 88 spl. The tilt and trim system leaks down very quickly after any movement in the up position, and does not hold trim. The pump motor will bring the engine up, and it will also increase the speed of the motor coming down; so as, I don't think the pump assembly...
