My fuel pump isn't pumping after the key is turned on. I measured the voltage and its only getting 5.5v.
Question1 - It that the correct amount that it should be getting?
Question2 - I assume these pumps are noisy by nature like the others. even with 12v directly connected I don't hear...

Im having a little confusion with this section of the flowchart.
The bullet connector (female ) distributer side WHITE/RED wire shows .3x volts with the key on.
The other side (male) WHITE/RED shows 9.xx volts.
Also, where is the serial number located...
