Hi all.
I removed the bolts and started to drop the lower unit on my '03 DF140. I removed the speedo/water tube, and was able to remove the clutch/gear shaft. I can drop the lower unit nearly all the way out. It seems to bind when the drive shaft splines hit the rubber bushing at the bottom...
