I have a 1979 mecury 175 hp outboard i just bought. The engine starts fine and has 115 comprrsion on all six cylinders. I recently changes the water pump with complete kit. and thermostats. i can not get this engine to pee. Can it be something bigger or worse? When on the muffs. watter bearly...
