Been sitting for a year. Ran fine last September. Mercruiser Alpha 3.0L. Cranks great. I have spark to the plugs. But it just doesn't start.
Pulled the fuel filter and bowl was full of fuel.
Opened the carb and it was dry as a bone.
If the fuel pump was bad wouldn't the fuel filter bowl be...
