    Johnson 9.9 2000 only running in Gear

    Hi: I just had the impeller of my Johnson 9.9 replaced. Now I am having a problem where when I start the motor, there is no Neutral. It only only goes in forward gear. No reverse either. Does anyone know what could be wrong with it? Thanks, David
