My friend has a 2008 30hp merc and it keeps stalling out under load. He has taken it to a couple of dealers and they can't find anything wrong. It works in the water tank and with the muffs but stalls out at about 3/4 throttle under load. He has a new impeller and the thermostat was checked...
I have a 1991 mariner 115 that works great in the water but I can't get the water muffs to work with it in the driveway. I've tried several different sizes and styles with no luck. Engine has a new impeller and works good on the water with no overheating. Any suggestions?
