I have a 1996 120 hp Force outboard. It runs good and can get up to about 5000 + a little but if I try to go full throttle it boggs down. I reduce the throttle and it runs good again. I can run it with no problem for a long time at rpm as stated above. Check compression--all 120+. Check...
