Good morning. Both batteries fully charged, perko switch set-up, no volts showing on meter and obviously won't start and tilt/trim doesn't work. Need help please!
Is there a fuse somewhere in the perko set-up that may be out? Or is there something else I need to be checking for?

1995 Mariner 150HP 2.0 Litre 2 stroke, runs fine in gear but won't idle in or out of water. Replaced fuel lines, fuel filter and fuel bulb two weeks ago. Cleaned carbs this weekend still no luck. Motor is on a 1995 Robalo 1820 which has a built-in fuel tank. Dont know if it is a fuel...
