    1995 60 HP MERC Weak Spark ?

    Need some help. Started having intermitting starting problems and now have a weak spark I think. I can't get my timing light to flash when spark plugs are in cyl. but it will when they plugs are out. I checked all three cyl same issue. Battery fully charged starter seems to be spinning fine...
