I know 115hp and smaller require only a 5/16" fuel line. I have replaced almost every part I can on my 1996 FORCE 75hp outside of any MAJOR power block rebuilds.

..... i can see where the "exhaust gasket" has started to deteriorate some underneath the powerhead and cowl bottom. I guess the only way to
replace that is to remove the powerhead. That's beyond my capabilities.

Your wiring harness should have green & blue wires running thru it to hook up on your helm remote control up and down connections. That is all you need to do. I think.
