    Gnat parts needed

    I'm rebuilding a mercury gnat and I need an air box for the carb as it was missing when I purchased the engine. Any offers of any other parts as well will be appreciated as I'm sure I'll need more once I get into it! Thanks

    2.3 won't run- the story so far.....

    I recently came upon a 2.3 hp 1996 Johnson that was advertised as good condition but difficult to start ( which realy meant "won't start" !) I took a look at the engine and it was in good condition visually, hadn't seized and had a spark so i thought it was worth a punt as these are very basic...
