    1975 Johnson 85

    Johnson 85 starter engaged but no spark on any cylinders. Was testing with test light for power to circuit and shorted number two post on accident. Now it won't engage starter completely dead. Jump starter solenoid and starter engages. Does anyone have ideas? Please help.

    ok got the motor running (on muffs), the lower end does not engage in reverse at all and i can only get nuetral when the controller is in reverse.
