Hi , I have a 1965 Evinrude Sportswin 9.5 that me dad has had since new. I took it out this weekend (after about ten years) and it would not tilt in neutral, only in forward. Is that the way it should be or should i adjust the cable so that it tilts in neutral? Also should it stay up on its own...
