I changed the fluid in my outdrive 1994 4 Winn's 180 5.0. I took lower middle and upper plugs out. I filled from the bottom but at no time did any fluid come out the center vent. I drained 64 oz. and pumped back it about 70 and the dip stick shows over full. Should I drain some fluid out and why...
