    My motor A108203, needs a service manual, it's a1980 tiller, 25 hp, and is a XD. They have a service manual for sale on eBay, but I'm having difficulty confirming that it's for my motor, the mercury code I found was 90-43509 and the year is 1984. Any help?

    1980 25xd, mercury tiller, prop nut Only?

    My tiller us about to be outfitted with a new to me stainless prop, the original aluminum prop is held on only by a nylon nut, would this be satisfactory, seems like it would need something else, there is no place for cotter pin.

    installing old stock kill switch on a 25xd, 1980

    Recently purchased a 1980, 25hp XD, it had no kill switch.I purchased the original kill switch on ebay with the appropriate hardware to keep it all original. Need guidance on it's installation, with pics perhaps, thanks.

    1983 evinrude 15hp 2-stroke-- head gasket replacement. Is it worth the trouble?
