restoring 62 evinrude with a 65 90hor even out board got it up and running but in testing in a 50 gal drum running i get heavy black oil in top of water as well as thick smoke ,tune up time or am i facing sever damege??? also where the hell is the oil coming from unburn fuel???
1965-90 hor/ at the bottom of the moter has a 2 pice flashing one with screen for pee hole out i bleave,second flashing missing dont no what it looks like up to date ,any ways moter runs preaty good,80% exhaust come out that hole on the bottom also up top of moter just under the bottom moter...
need a few ideas fuel mix screws set to?? point gaps set to,and had to rewire 95 percent of boat was preaty messy some wires dont show where they went on the distributor.out side bottom of it has a switch one wire in is there but wire leaving switch missing any ideas short of buying 40 doller manual
