    1984 johnson 140 h.p outboard, sputtering

    I have changed the fuel filters, the spark plugs and wires and it starts no problem it idles and will run at idle speed but when i give it gas she spits and sputters like its missing or something, cant get it up to speed. ANYONE HELP.
